Whatever Nicole did, sending Reiki vibes my way worked! I went from having the fertility office suggest cancelling an upcoming IVF appointment to having six follicles that are ready for retrieval.

This was my first reiki session and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nicole guided me through the experience and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed to give and receive energy. Nicole is very gifted at her craft and genuinely cares about her clients throughout each session, before and after. I can't wait for my next session!

Nicole doesn’t just know the poses – she understands the human body. My hips were destroyed from sports, and surgery left me with flexibility issues. Nicole found counter-intuitive movements that worked magic, released the muscles, and made my hips looser than they’ve been in years! Even my
physical therapist couldn’t deliver the relief she did!

Myofascial Release
MFR is the science behind the role of fascia
Every day there's a growing knowledge of our fascial system. In recent research, we've discovered that this system acts as a whole. It's a supportive, packing, joining material for our bones, muscles and joints. Think of it as a full, latex body suit, a group of myofascial chains that unite the system.
Here, we use myofascial release techniques, from a therapeutic standpoint, to help supplement your connective tissue health and movement, which assists with performance enhancement, recovery and prevents injuries.
In a Myofascial Release Session we will
-
Examine the function and dysfunction of the fascia
-
Identify common areas and trigger points in the body
-
Apply simple, mindful application to these trigger points

Book a MFR session and get the relief you've been looking for

Thai Yoga Bodywork
Restores balance in the body
Thai Yoga Bodywork, originating from the ancient healing traditions of Ayurveda and Thai Buddhism, gives the benefits of massage, yoga, and energy work, in one nurturing dance.
Traditionally given on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, Thai Yoga Bodywork is a whole-body treatment that combines passive stretching and movement of joints with several touch techniques and works along energy meridians (called sen in Thai). The whole treatment is a graceful, nurturing, interactive dance that is sensitive to the condition of each person.
